Dear Residents,
it has come to our attention that parking spots are being rented out without fob remotes. When renting our your parking spot, you are required to turn over the remote device that provides garage access to your tenant.
If you are posting an add advertising a spot without a fob remote, your post may be deleted by an administrator.
If you are renting a spot and were not provided a remote, please contact Property Management (Admin@EmeraldCityOne.com) and we will look into the matter.
According to the Corporation's Rules:
10. TENANCY OCCUPATION
(...)
(h) During the period of occupancy by the tenant, the Owner shall have no right of use of any part of the Common Elements.
As the fob remote is associated as one per parking spot (not per unit), renting out a parking spot means that the owner doing so must relinquish the right of use to the parking garage in order to provide access for the person renting the spot.
Please note that once you have rented your spot, you have seven days to notify Management of the change and register the new vehicle.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact Property Management via email at Admin@EmeraldCityOne.com
