Dear Owner,

In order to allow for the timely deliverance of important information from the Condominium Corporation under The Condominium Act 1998 Section 47 (7):

A notice that is required to be given to an Owner shall be:

(c) sent by facsimile transmission, electronic mail or any other method of electronic

communication if the owner agrees in writing that the party giving the notice may give

the notice in this manner;

The delivery of important and official matters of the T.S.C.C. 2368 by Electronic Mail (E-Mail) will decrease the cost for printing and postage and ensure that Owners receive this information almost immediately.

If you are in agreement that letters and official notices including notices for the Annual General Meeting can be delivered to you by Electronic Mail (E-mail) from Property Management representing the Corporation, you have the following options:

1) a copy of the Email Consent Form has been mailed to you through Canada Post. Once you get the printed copy, you may complete it and leave your consent form either with Property Management or Concierge.

2) download the Email Consent Form by clicking here, print and complete it, then leave your consent form either with Property Management or Concierge.

3) Complete your Email Consent Form ONLINE by clicking here! Completing the form online only takes 1-2 minutes of your time, and you don't have to worry about dropping anything off!
