In-Suite Construction Noise

Dear Residents,

As the weather is warming up, the renovation season is starting up as well. Please be reminded that any renovation or repairs involving hammering, drilling or any other related activity which creates noise or disturbs other owners in any way. Construction noise will only be permitted between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Please note that no such work is permitted on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Statutory Holidays.
