Meet & Greet Event: A Fun Success!
I, together with Ryan Moxam (Board Treasurer) and Kevin Winson (Board Secretary) would like to thank all of our Neighbours who attended our "Meet and Greet" event with City Sites, The Board, and Staff on Thursday, October 18th, and send a special "thank you" out to those who were unable to attend in person but sent many sweet notes of appreciation for the Board and Management. It is active and appreciative Owners like you who make our volunteering "job" a true pleasure.
Of course, I also have to thank the staff who were in attendance: Nicholas Chirametli (City Sites Property Management, Vice-President), Chris Carbis (City Sites, Property Manager at TSCC 2368), Caroline Coitino (City Sites, Assistant Property Manager at TSCC 2368), Douglas Carney (TSCC 2368, Live-In Superintendent), Jason Lockton (TSCC 2368, Superintendent), and Ozzy Bonilla (TSCC 2368, General Labourer). Furthermore, we had two contractors on site: Zeev Werek (Owner of Werek Enterprises, which includes EMS - our cleaning services - and renovation/remediation/emergency restoration services), and Anthony Cacciola (A-CON Construction, President), which I'd like to express our gratitude towards as well. Thank you, everyone!
To recap the event...
We had 28 Suites present (often with multiple people per suite, so the turn-out was great!), or 31 suites if you're counting the Board Members (we all live here too, after all!). We also had 8 Staff/Contractors present.
All this to say that there were plenty of people mingling and chatting, getting to know their neighbours better and asking the Board and Staff questions in a casual and stress-free environment!
At the event, we had a "Board Box" present, so that Owners could let us know what they'd like us to discuss at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, November 13, 2018. We've already reviewed the topic(s) and will be sure to touch on all of them during our starting speeches at the AGM.
As always, my President's Report will be live on the blog as of 9:00pm on the evening of the AGM. Following the AGM, I plan to publish another blog post that summarizes the discussions that took place, but this will take more time as I'll need to receive the Meeting Minutes first. I assure you that I will do my best to have it out as soon as possible so that Owners who weren't able to attend can be included and informed, too.
All the best,
President of the Board of Directors of TSCC 2368
