You're Invited: Party Room "Grand Opening" Celebration!

Updated: Aug 3, 2020

Dear Neighbours,

You’re invited To our Party Room Grand Opening on March 18!

Please join us on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 from 7:00pm - 9:00pm for a celebration in our Party Room! We can’t wait to show you our new Party Room, and to celebrate its re-opening with you!

Several contractors whose help was pertinent to the Party Room project will be in attendance, so you will be able to ask them questions, and, hopefully, give them lots of compliments! Of course, your Board and Property Management will also be at the party, and are looking forward to chatting with you!

RSVP by clicking the following link:

Notes: (1) this event is adults-only (19+), and (2)for registered on-site residents. (3) You must confirm your attendance (RSVP) by Friday, March 13, 2020, at 12:00pm, and Property Management will confirm your attendance via email on Monday, March 16, 2020, at 5:00pm.

An Extra Special Bonus Offer!

As a thank-you to all the residents who have been very patient, kind, and understanding during this massive Party Room Rehabilitation project, the Board of Directors would like to announce that we’ll be giving away free party room rentals from Friday, March 6 - Sunday, May 17, 2020! We’ll be waiving the fee of $150 for the Party Room booking*! We want everyone to get the chance to enjoy the Party Room - and to see it getting used again!

*Notes: (1) cleaning fee is still applicable, and security fee may be applicable if the factors of the party require it. (2) One free booking per suite. (3) During the weekdays from March 6-17, the Party Room may likely still require some minor touch-ups and small decor. The Party Room will be in a perfect usable condition, but may not reflect the final and perfected version.

Thank you to everyone, and we hope to see you at our Party Room Grand Opening Celebration!

All the best,

Andreea Birloncea,

President of the Board of Directors of

Emerald City One - TSCC 2368.
