One of the participants dropped off an envelope at Security, requisitioning the meeting on Friday, July 24, 2020. As the Management Office was closed on Friday due to COVID-19 sterilization, Management received the envelope on Monday, July 27, 2020.

This is a legal letter from Shibley Righton LLP, our Corporation lawyers and the most prominent condo law firm in Toronto. The letter details that the Board was well within its rights and obligations for the repairs and restoration of the amenities that were affected by the sewage water floods.
