Full Body Attack
Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 8:00pm – 9:00pm
If you thought the only way to get fit was to join a gym, you thought wrong. This class uses calisthenics, a form of exercise that uses the weight of your own body to build muscle!

Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 9:10pm -9:40pm
This class is a combination of various movements and exercises that will target your abdominal muscles as well as your back. It won’t just help you look good, but feel good as well- after a couple days, that is!

Wednesdays @ 8:15pm – 9:15pm
BoxFit is a low-impact, high-energy workout that incorporates solid pad work, weight training and conditioning, functional and circuit training with an emphasis placed on boxing- all while being the best stress burner around!
Taught by Mathias; Requires 2 Credits.
Sundays @ 1:00pm – 2:30pm
This class gives you a new perspective for your movement practice and challenges your current paradigm of movement. It pushes your comfort zone to increase mobility, build lean muscle, and prolong endurance.

Power “Warrior” Yoga
Sundays @ 7:00pm – 8:00pm
Warrior Yoga is a Vinyasa flow class, focused on toning muscles, conditioning, and building a strong core. Through breathing exercises, the degree of difficulty becomes more challenging.
Taught by Franklyn; Requires 2 Credits.
Trial Class: FREE (valid January 9-15; one per suite).
Toonie Trials: $2.00 per credit (valid January 9 – 15, 2017; unlimited).
One (1) Credit: $5.00 (beginning on January 16, 2017; per 1 credit).
Silver Class Pass: $80.00 (20 credits).
Gold Class Pass: $105.00 (30 credits).
Platinum Class Pass: $160.00 (Unlimited credits).
