the Board of Directors invites Owners to attend our first "Town Hall" Meeting, which is scheduled for May 29th, 2018 in the Main Lobby. Registration will begin at 7:00 p.m., and the meeting will start at 7:45 p.m. and end at 9:00 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
This is an informal meeting, where the Board of Directors will not have a pre-existing agenda. Rather, we look forward to hearing from you and focusing on your feedback.
Please note that the same question & answers rules used at Annual General Meetings (AGMs) will apply (in order to ensure fairness and allot time to as many owners as possible):
(1) a maximum of 3 questions per suite; and
(2) a maximum of 2 minutes discussion time (question and answer) per question.
Should we have more time at our disposal, we will gladly cycle back around to the owners who would like to propose further questions.
