the time has come, again, for us to formally meet and discuss matters about our home and investment, at our upcoming "Annual General Meeting" (AGM).
Please join us for our 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM),
hosted on Tuesday, November 13, 2018,
in the Main Lobby of 70 Forest Manor Road.
Registration begins at 6:30 p.m.
and the meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.
This year, one important change that we've made is switching Property Management companies from Del Property Management to City Sites Property Management. The Vice-President of City Sites, Nicholas Chirametli, will attend the AGM, and we'd like for you to meet him!

This AGM, my term is up, and I am happy to be running for re-election. For those who don't know me well, I urge you to read the previous blog posts that I've written, and to check out my "President's Letter", which was included in the AGM package. You can download a copy by clicking here, or by navigating to the "President's Letter" blog post. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please don't hesitate to email me at Directors@EmeraldCityOne.com (I am always quick to answer!). I hope I can count on your vote!

The AGM package was sent out by Property Management on Monday, October 29th, via email to Owners who have signed up for electronic communications, and via Canada Post ("snail mail") for those who have not.
Every year we strongly suggest that all Owners (and Residents) complete our "Consent for Electronic Delivery Form", which can be found by navigating to the "Forms" page or accessed directly by clicking here.
This year, with the Canada Post strike, it is even more clear why electronic communications are important - we wouldn't want any of our Owners and Residents to miss out on important information! If you have not yet received your AGM package, please contact Property Management via email at Admin@EmeraldCityOne.com and we'll gladly send you a copy. And again, if you haven't already, please fill out your electronic communication forms!
All the best,
Andreea Birloncea, President
on behalf of the Board of Directors
of TSCC 2368.
