beginning on Friday, January 18th, and lasting until approximately Friday, February 1st (2 weeks), we'd like to inform you that staff contracted from A-CON Construction Ltd. will be on-site to complete flooring repairs in the mechanical rooms located on the 37th floor.
In particular, this work's aim is to lay down a waterproof coating on all mechanical room floors in order to maintain the integrity of the concrete, and to prevent excessive water from penetrating to the floors (and suites) below should any of the equipment ever leak. This membrane is also anti-slip, meaning that it provides more grip in both wet and dry conditions, ensuring that the jobs of our staff are safer (safety first!).
During this time, you may hear some noise (such as a jack-hammering sound), as the floor is prepared for the membrane to be laid. Construction-related noise is only expected during regular working hours.
All the best,
Andreea Birloncea, President
on behalf of the Board of Directors of TSCC 2368.
The work is now complete! Please see below for some "before and after" pictures.
Thank you, A-CON, for doing a terrific job, and doing it on time!
