on February 8, 2019, Property Management emailed out a "New Proposed Rules Package".
The Board spent years accumulating feedback about the Rules, as well as other suggestions from Residents and Staff. We compiled everything, and, with the help of our legal team at Shibley Righton LLP., created the amendments and new rules outlined in the package.
Owners had 30 days to requisition a meeting if they disagreed with any of the Proposed Rules. We are happy to state that not only was a meeting not requisitioned, and not one Owner had negative feedback or concerns, but that we had several Owners communicate to us that they were very happy with the Proposed Rules and felt that it would make our home and community better. Thank you for the positive feedback - we agree!
As the 30 days for requisitioning a meeting have now passed, we are pleased to announce that the New Proposed Rules have officially passed!
We will be updating the website ( INFO > RULES & POLICIES ) with the new Rules Package and sub-sections during the week of March 19, 2019. If you require the package before that time, please email Edward Chin, the Site Administrator.
