With Spring here, there are many maintenance items that need to be completed around the building and community.
Below is our Spring Maintenance Schedule:
March 29th: Semi-annual generator testing.
April 4th: to April 16th In-suite fan coil maintenance (all suites).
May 7th & 8th: Full building carpet cleaning.
May 17th: Heating system turned off.
May 21st: Air-conditioning system turned on.
May 23rd: Winter mats removal (G to P4).
June 17th: Quarterly Fire Drill.
June/July: All inaccessible window cleaning (dates to be confirmed).
July/August: In-suite annual fire alarm testing (all suites) (dates to be confirmed).
